Metropolitan Framing offers a picture framing and design service, which is proudly Western Australian owned and operated.
Our friendly and experienced staff will assist with you with making material selections and ensure a great custom designed piece. We can frame almost everything (except the kitchen sink), whether it’s your Grandfathers war medals, your childs 1st drawing or a cherished photograph, we will make certain that we work with you to design a piece with not only your style in mind but also your budget.
We are located at Ellenbrook within the picturesque Swan Valley region but service happy clients all over the Perth metropolitan area.

Our picture framer is a qualified “Certified Picture Framer” (CPF), an internationally recognised qualification within our industry. With this certification you can be assured that our framer has the expertise in preservation framing, glazing options, mounting objects and best practices set out by our industry bodies. We are also a long-time member of the Professional Picture Framers Association (PPFA), the international association dedicated to promoting professional development and best practices within the picture framing industry.

Today I bought some tape from Metropolitan Framing, and left with a few scrap pieces of foam core for free. I tried my best to cut it myself at home but failed miserably. They not only hand cut the scrap into strips for me, but did it for nothing despite being flat out with actual paying customers. How often does that happen these days? In my usual manner I was running late with a very special present that needed to be framed and was told (politely!) that it is usually a 2-ish week turnaround.
